CANCELLATION POLICY

BROKEN ISLANDS LODGE, KAYAK RENTAL AND WATER TAXI

50% deposit required at time of booking, balance collected 7 days prior to your arrival. Cancellations received 30+ days before arrival receive a full refund (less a $50 cancellation fee). Cancellations received less than 30 days before arrival receive a refund of 50% of the deposit.

 

Cancellations received 14 days or less before arrival receive no refund.
 
We encourage you to consider purchasing cancellation insurance from a third party if you may not be able to honour your reservation with us due to a unforeseen circumstance.
